Are you guys reading Cormac McCarthy yet? I think that All the Pretty Horses is probably the safest place to start--gorgeous and genius.
Second, Lissa and are headed up to Omi's tonight (before Grandma's b-day thing). Update is Omi is (or was) in the hospital with a blood clot. She's taking medication for it which is wreaking havoc on her system--like her skin is super fragile right now, etc. I'll write more if I find it out.
Third, I went to lunch with Heather Scoville last week. Yes, tiny Heather Scoville who is a freshman at BYU. It was really great. She's thinking about going into fashion design (super cool), is loving her modern dance class, and lives in Heritage which she's enjoying. Also, did everyone know that Heidi teaches ESL at elementary schools? I had no idea.
